Bollywood filmmaker and actress Kangana Ranaut never shies away from expressing her feelings on social media. She often leaves the netizens divided due to her controversial views on ongoing matters. The actress is a devotee of the Sadhguru and is closely associated with him, so much so that she often shares videos of his speeches and teaching on her Instagram stories. On Wednesday, she was left in shock when the news of his emergency brain surgery made the headlines. She immediately took to her social media handle to express her shock and grief.
Currently awaiting the release of her film Emergency, the 36-year-old actress took to her Instagram story to express her shock. Through her post, she expressed how after learning about the God-man’s condition she felt that her world shattered. While she was thankful that he was fine, seeing him lay on an ICU bed, “I was suddenly hit by the mortal nature of his existence, before this it never occurred to me that he is bones, blood, flesh just like us.” ALSO READ: WHAT! Quoted by Bollywood Life, Ranaut went on to write, “I felt God has collapsed, I felt earth has shifted, sky has abandoned me, I feel my head spinning, I can’t make sense of this reality and choose not to believe this but then suddenly I break down, today millions of people (devotees) share my grief, I want to share my pain with you all, I am not able to contain it. He better be fine or sun won’t rise, earth won’t move. For the unversed, after news of Sadhguru’s emergency brain surgery broke out, he posted a video on X talking about his health. Sharing an update he revealed that neurosurgeons at the Apollo Hospital, cut “through my skull to try and find something but found nothing.” He went on to add how he is currently in Delhi with a patched-up skull and no damaged brain.
On the work front, Kangana Ranaut was last seen Tejas. She will be next seen in Emergency. Not only is the movie her first solo directorial, but she will also be essaying the role of India’s late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. Apart from that, she also has a few other projects in her pipeline like the Noti Binodini biopic.
